All ceiling, wall-mount units can be suspended on hanging shelf surrounded by plants or can be suspended with plants or ornaments on top of unit.
The 10.0 FMC is designed to drop into a suspended ceiling. It replaces either 1-2x4 ceiling tile or 2- 2x2 ceiling tiles. In order to install the 10.0 FMC easily, the clearance above the suspended ceiling needs to be at least 13" and it is recommended that the air cleaner be installed in areas that do not exceed a 13 ft. ceiling height. The weight of the system does not rest on the ceiling grid but is secured above the suspended ceiling to a permanent structure such as a joist or beam. All filters on the 10.0 FMC are accessible from the louvered door and hinged door on the face of the system.

The 22 Fmc is designed for a flushmount installation in a solid ceiling with ** 24" on center joists. A 13" depth clearance is required above the ceiling. After the 22 FMC is secured to the joists, a finished molding is recommended for appearance. It is recommended that the 22FMC is installed in areas that do not exceed a 12 foot ceiling height. All filters on the 22FMC are accessible from the louvered doors on the face of the system.
